We handle everything from collecting assessments, banking, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, monthly and year-end financial reports.

 

Board Meeting Management

Leave the package to us! We prepare meeting notices, agenda, board meeting package, meeting minutes and proctor or participate in the meetings.

 

Vendor Management

Andersen and Daughters coordinate bid requests, analysis of proposals, recommend vendors, scheduling and monitoring of work, invoice approvals, payment processing and 1099 preparation.

 

Tax Coordination

We work with the designated CPA firm to keep the association in compliance with state or federal returns. Coordinate tax payments along with the preparation of W-2’s and 1099s.

 

Architectural Coordination

Coordinate and communicate owner requests and approvals for changes to their residence within the guidelines of the CC&Rs.
